In his book, when he uses reps of 80-120m, is he using A skip(like charlie videos) or High knees?
I would guess running As but I’m not sure. I was looking at his book again the other day and I’m having a bit of a hard time figuring out his sample workouts. Seems like there is very little speed work overall if I’m reading his stuff right. Alot of the power-speed (20-60m) stuff seems to be drills instead of sprints:confused:
I have the same doubts…needs an esegesis the book!
