Lower-body strength

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me a program, or point me in the direction of one to help me increase my squat/deadlift strength. I’m only squating about 190 for my 1RM, so I’m hoping to see some good gains! If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it!

Why not get a copy of CFTS and set up a program based on the principles laid out there?
