Lordosis

Hello, anyone have some experiences, what have helped you to overcome/decrease it?I know (i think) all the basics: fire up and strengthen your glutes, stretch hip flexors, hip mobility work, strengthen your abs (core), lower back, hams - it does help; but i need some input on core work: currently i am doing side and front Planks and Saxon Side Bends, i feel, that they do the job, but maybe i need to include some other core/ab strengthening exercises?Thank You

IMO, who cares…

Did some doctor say you had Lordosis? If so, there’s probably nothing wrong with you.

Well, if i didnt have a low back pain, because of lordosis, then everything would be fine… Just want some ideas…

Exactly, Why would one ask if it was not bothering them??

There are tons of different ab exercises out there. Typing a description can be very hard and lead to confusion.
One of CF’s DVD’s has a ab circuit involved. I think its the Gpp?
Try adding medicine ball work into the ab routine, that can hurt and bring nice results.

I’m no medical expert, but I’d like to suggest that you should be very careful with any weight bearing exercises you might want to do (eg. squats), as the increased curve is not going to be able to distribute the pressure evenly across your spine. you’ll probably find that there is one particular spot that takes all the weight…

What the hell is your display about
