hey i bought kelly baggetts vertical bible and i think its great. i wanna do his novice program during the summer…but theres a rpoblem though cuz during the summer i still have bball games for summer league for high school…aroudn 14 games throughout the summer…maybe 2 games a week? what if i have a workout to do on game day? should i do the workout in AM time since all my games are going to be PM? will this affect my recovery that much if i eat well and get good sleep?
another question is like ok i have my workout then i have my game in pm but the next day i have another workout to do but its upper body and i also wanna play ball and practice will it be overtraining?? please help me out here
