I’m a collegiate football and track athlete and I’m considering purchasing a pair of those Jumpsoles to improve my jumping ability. I had ankle surgery last year and the newer Jumpsoles have a proprioception attachment. Any suggestions or comments about Jumpsoles?

They will be very effective at landing you back in surgery. Stay away from gadgets. The only tools you need are spikes, cones, a med ball, and a stopwatch.
