Jumping Rope...

From what I have gathered, to enhance your fast twitch muscle fibers when jumping rope you have to do an Extensive workout in the region of (30-120 Seconds x 10 sets) with 30 Sec’s Recovery between each set.

So what would happen if I was to include an Intensive jump rope workout into my program (Say 30 Mins straight) along with my Extensive one.

Of course, the intensive workout will surely enhance cardio, but would it “Enhance”/ or somehow “Maintain” my Fast twitch muscle fibers???..

Also, Would it be right to do the Extensive/Intensive jump rope workout on alternative days???..
