I’ve never been on a track team before, I’ve only been training myself for a few years and increased my vertical leap from 13 to 30 inches standing now, I’m thinking if I would benefit more explosiveness, speed and vertical if I joined a track team, but the only thing is, my school’s track team is so small the coach said we have to do both sprints and long distance, is it gonna be worth it if I join them? becuase lately i’ve been kinda stuck on my progress and I’m trying to find a way to keep on improving, thanks.
Uhh, if you’re coach wants to train his runners to do both sprints and long distance, I don’t think that’s a track team you’re gonna want to be on anyways. I don’t think it would be worth it at all.
