sigh it’s great to see that Joe’s recovery is going along as well as it is. He’s runnin’ and everything Keep it up!

We did CF suggested workout today and feel good about it.
No ache or tightness.during or after.
Wasnt sure of the desired intensity but did it at around 75-80% intensity.
It was tiring! - good.

only made 5 sets again today.
Due to some frustration joe went up in intensity; 85% I would guess…
1.57sec per 10m avg. for about 40 reps.
I made him shut it down and ice.
…hard time dealing with obstacles.
