Long time no talk Joesdadā¦ Yeahh SRJC is quite the school, academics and athletics are top notch all around on the mens and womens side. Our sprint crew is looking to be solid this season; we have quite the group of incoming frosh coming in, as well as solid returners. It should be a battle for the top spots on the relays this year. 400m is my main focus this seasonā¦ Sac City is usually always the toughest challenge in the sprints, as well as DVC.

Sac City has a new head track/field coach; 2nd year at Sac city; very serious; former state sprint success himself, and 20years experience in div 1 sprint coaching.
I like his dedication. He promises no burn out, but his workouts seem tough at first look.
I plan to be at the conference finals (is that what it will be?) next summer, barring injury.
Canāt wait.
Joe had the day off today, but promises to log in everyday so I can see what he is doing.
Got him a gaming computer to make sure he has no excuses.
