Joe's Journal

oops;meant sac city jc
hey /Cortese!!!
wow what a great team you are on manā€¦
you are getting good stuff there.

Long time no talk Joesdadā€¦ Yeahh SRJC is quite the school, academics and athletics are top notch all around on the mens and womens side. Our sprint crew is looking to be solid this season; we have quite the group of incoming frosh coming in, as well as solid returners. It should be a battle for the top spots on the relays this year. 400m is my main focus this seasonā€¦ Sac City is usually always the toughest challenge in the sprints, as well as DVC.

cool
Sac City has a new head track/field coach; 2nd year at Sac city; very serious; former state sprint success himself, and 20years experience in div 1 sprint coaching.
I like his dedication. He promises no burn out, but his workouts seem tough at first look.
I plan to be at the conference finals (is that what it will be?) next summer, barring injury.
Canā€™t wait.
Joe had the day off today, but promises to log in everyday so I can see what he is doing.
Got him a gaming computer to make sure he has no excuses.
