This author says he went thorugh this whole regimen and well, you can decide what you want about the “alleged” results. Seems a bit preposterous.

that would be 6 day a week very high intensity workouts for 6 months straight.
Besides the squat number maybe being off some due to the amount you lift I think someone could be capable of performing this. Keep in mind something like this will most likely work best for beginners, obviously general strength and bodyfat loss is going to be a key contributor.
