Sun: rest
Mon: 9-15 reps x 20-50m full speed over 2-3 sets, recovery=1min. per 10m
Tue: Tempo
Wed: starts up to 20m, 300-400m volume. rest 1.5-2 min
Thur: Tempo
Fri : Max Velocity, flying 20’s, ins outs, etc…
Sat: 80m, 100, 120, 150 99% with full recovery
the workouts are not exact but generally thisis the schedule for my spp1. any thoughts on how to improve
