How come they rank windy times in this list?

I’d like to see the stats on where these people go post NCAA. How many of them continue to run?

Qualifying marks can be up to 4 meters per sec… that doesn’t count for records but for the qualifying to the post season. Still many of those marks are below 2.0, and even the ones that are wind aided are still fast for april, may… Most will give it a go for a yr after, but if they don’t get a sponsor they run out of funding.
