Injury Return Protocols

Protocols for sessions on returning from an injury were given previously, but I can’t find the thread.

Thanks 23 I saw that but it isn’t actually the one I was looking for. This thread included more detial from Charlie about stretching out the accelerations…

I have a guy coming back from a stain. We will start, as he gets stronger, to add accelerations into the mix. 10, to 20 meters depending on how he feels. Tell you what made him really feel good. Vita-C, Ice massage, and when ready tempo runs and aggressive massage. This really helped to speed the recovery. Also, I know Charlie did this with his own injury (I think) we still banged the CNS with heavy bench.
