Mike McFarlane - Tapering for Sprint events

We had a talk about this. I feel he can handle it. This meet only serves as a SE workout, since we have a hard time doing anything longer than 60m currently.

How did the 200m race go? Are you using the 200m race as SE work for the 60m?
