I Wasn't Expecting This!!!

Today I won the 100m at our 1st meet in 11.15s! I ran a 7.20 60m during the indoor season but this was totally unexpected to me, I figured this would be the times I would be running at the END of the season! 2nd was some guy from Romeo in 11.43s and the closest kid from my school was a over a full second behind me! None of this would have been possible without Charlie Francis and other very important members from this website. I would probably be running in the third heat(slow kids) if it weren’t for the CFTS and the members of this website. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me! I’ll keep u guys updated on my results and I will tell u when States r in case anyone in the area wants to watch.

Damn! Good job.

nice job kid

Congratulations Sparty, keep up with the program as far as consistency, etc. and you’ll drop an even bigger time by the end of the season.

That makes it all the more impressive. I don’t want to rain on your parade but as a cautionary note, don’t be disappointed if you don’t improve every meet. Keep with THE SYSTEM and you will have pretty consistent success. Great job! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, GO BLUE!!!
