Guys,
what are the benefits of hurdle walks? Is it just a hip mobility thing or does it also increase strength?
I tried them for the first time yesterday and ive never been as sore so it must be doing something?
What are your guys’ experiences, have you seen significant improvements?

Yea they help strength. Yes i’ve noticed a difference in my running if i do hurdle stuff and when i dont do it. In my opinion they help with the general hip movment as pertaining to the rotation of the hip joint in sprinting.
They’ll help but you need to build up the numbers progressively. you shouldn’t get that sore.
