Hurdle Mobility...Charlie.

Charlie, I have a specific question regarding hurdle mobility. Why is it limited to once a week at the end of the week. Do you feel that it is too demanding to recover from even though it is a low intensity exercise. If that is the case then why not just reduce the volume and have it done after tempo on the low intensity days?

It doesn’t have to be limited to once a week. And it should be done after tempo.
