This is a stretch, but would anyone have an idea on what kind of differential you could expect or want between the 60m dash and hurdles (or 55m and 55H) - looking around I’m thinking 1-1.1 seconds, but I’ll gladly listen to the forum.
The differential should be well under 1s (0.7-0.9) for a male world class hurdler. For women it should be around 0.6s.
Thanks Robin!
world class female sprinters can go somewhere in between 0.4 to 0.8sec difference between their 60m PR and 60mH PR. or 0.08-0.158 time loss per hurdle.
As for men 0.5-0.9 difference between flat and hurdles.
