BTW, I had little problems with athletes, because I am new S&C coach with “new” methods and I noticed slight “inertia” with them… they especially dislike medball throws… They have considered push-ups, ab work etc as strength work, but when I said that that is a “chicken soup” work and squats are strength work they were: WTF? … :slight_smile:

I especially hate when they say to me “Mladem, but we are soccer players, we should not lift more than 60kg on front squat”… The thoughest part of mine training is to motivate/change their paradigms and beliefs… other stuff is “chicken soup”… :rolleyes:
