How often do you have your athletes squat during GPP?
Last training season I perform back squats 2 m/f with reg bar deadlifts on wed.
the only thing that might change in the poll is that some people don’t deadlift but rather use olympic lifts, pulls instead.
So are you saying m/f: bsq and wed: pc?
maybe pc later in gpp but most likely c.pulls early on.
kool, i usually go cp twice a week and pc once a week in gpp; usually make for a very smooth transition to spp.
This year we gonna do single leg work during gpp and maybe you will PR.
