Ive been training consistently in sprinting for approx. 1 month.
(no previous training except for wrestling background)
I ran my first race today and my pb was 13.34 sec. on turf.
How much time can I shave off in 1 year with consistent training? Will it be just milliseconds or can I expect a drop in seconds, maybe possibly 11 or low 10’s?
If you have a decent coach they will be able to give you a good estimate. If you are 10 years old, probably a few tenths would be great, if you are finished growing, are healthy and relatively athletic you should be able to get in the 11s in a year’s time.
