That’s not the case. It could be that your family naturally possess the particular genotype for strength, which has been passed on through the generations. Your genetics don’t change in the manner you mention, rather through random mutations or a heavy dose of radiation!

All these sprinters from different countries seem to be close to the 10sec mark yet when it comes to the olympics none of them place in the medal standings unless there of west-african or for that matter african descent.
