I had several questions concerning hip height during a race:

Hip height at the beginning of the race, the lower the better, right? because with proper accel mechanics this would mean a steeper lean forward

how high is good hip height? while sprinting should ones hips be at the same height above ground like when they are standing, slightly lower than that, or higher (with some ossicilation of course, otherwise higher would be impossible)?

should the leg be in a near vertical position when approaching triple ext at top speed? seems to me that this would help hip height by the force being applied to the ground countering gravity more
