hills or hills?

In our gpp we do what I call a hills session 2xweek.

our hill sessions are actually longer distance than I originally estimated.
we have 3 hills adjacent ot our house:
1 @ approx.100meters @around 30 degrees.
1 @ approx.130 meters @around 20 degrees.
1 @ approx. 100 meters @ aound 40 degrees.

  • we run these 3-4 times at around 70%. walkdown recoveries.
    How would I characterize this workout?
    -is it strength/power as I assume? or something other?

ANy suggestions as to best utilize these structures in our training?
