hi, was wondering if you guys could help me out with some volume questions.
i am doing a 4 week cycle on concentrating on acceleration.
i trying to follow the 3 week on, 1 week rest.
the volumes i have so far are
week 1 2020m (3 high days)
week 2 2200m (3 high days)
week 3 1320m (2 high days)
week 4 840m (rest/easy week)
i’m not sure if i took in the info from CFTS and the forum review correctly, so if someone could varify this for me, it would help me out alot.
the other thing is:
for my next 4 week period my focus will be on speed devolpment, so do the volumes i have stay the same for this aswell???
