High Hips


Hips look a little low…How can I get a straighter leg at ground contact/higher hips?

Massage and foamrolling, then once the knotts are out, lots of stretching to help improve posture.
Then start by doing more ru ning, more medibal work and master some hills and the a,b skips.

Then retake videos

if you rollow the gpp dvd for hills n mediball you’ll notice a big improvement in that area.
