hi/low training ratios?

You mention the 35-65 ratio for sprinters and 20-80 for soccer players in a few products, maybe I missed it but how are those ratios determined? Lastly, what would the ratios be for a football back and football lineman?

Football ratios of total volume wouldn’t vary much from the sprints- but lower overall volume because of the larger number of shorter reps.
