I said i have unlimited “potential” for greatness. i just need to train and get there. but theres no limit to what i can do. at least i feel this way
actually i have a tryout for a pro team in scranton this sunday. ive been playing semi-pro the last 3 years. i played basketball in highschool and college and didnt start playing football again(freshman yr highschool) till semi pro.
im 22 6’0 200lbs went from a 4.64 40yd dash to 4.49 in 3 1/2 months. improved my vertical from 29" to 34". just trainin myself on programs i made off takin tips off this and a couple other forums.
now you know about me so what do think for a workout schedule?
how much time do you have to train each day? what are ur training goals combine training or football training? whats ur lifting exp, can u pc, ps etc? you should post some film of you running a 40’s, squatting, and pc. also when do u need to peak?
i can train anytime all day anyday…my goals are to be the best wr ever. my try outs are this sunday and next sunday so working on my 40 yd dash time is pointless now. i just need to work on everything to be the best…ive been lifting since i was 18(22 now) but didnt get serious about learning how to properly train untill 2 years ago.
I can Pc and ive never dont ps…theres already a vid on this site of me running a 40 in the sprint section. i think the title is help for pro combine or somthing. i can get a film of me squatting and pc but not untill i start my next cycle which is monday. than i woudlnt be able to put the video up untill maybe friday
assuming i make it throught the tryout the camp would be in mid-end february so i have till then to train. if i dont make it then i have the same amount of time untill the semi pro season starts
Well i guess those genetics are paying off. i had the try-out sunday and i was the only player there that got offered a contract right from the tryout. there were about 5 more players that got invited back for like a 2nd tryout but im done i made the team. so im def. gon need that workout.
i was thinking maybe you could just make some minor corrections to my workout that i posted untill your finished with the one your making for me
375 full squat >250lb pc from what I have seen. I know multiple people ~350lb (or less) full squat that are doing 260-270, but that may be a technique or leverage issue.
