Help-Training fro a sub 12 100

My current fastest time is a 12.9 from like 4 months ago.Since then i have gained 15lbs but gotten much stronger too.I am currently doing a hypertrophy day, a power day, and a plyos/sprint day with moderate intensity plyos and sprints of 10, 30, and 60 yards.Is that a good split. Any suggestions would be great and much appreciated.Here are my stats

height-5’9-10"
Weight-165
Full Squat-225
Box Squat-255
Deadlift-255
Bench-195

im not the best person to ask but i think you need more sprinting in there. you have weights on 2 days and sprints on 1. weights are supplementary and shouldnt take priority over sprinting. also why a day for hypertrophy? just go for strength cos you dont wanna be too big you just want to be strong and powerful

In its most basic form a template could be

sprint & weights
tempo
sprint & weights
tempo
sprint & weights
tempo
rest

but there are so many factors that make that up especially over time. My suggestion is to do some reading here and buy CFTS.
