iim a former hurdler 8.0 55h/15.2 110h (ages 6-19every yr then stop in 03-04 started back in 04-05 stop running since 2005…(hammy injury in both legs) weight about 210…and ran a 9.2 in the 60h!!..and would to compete his last year in college again …but i was 230 at my heaviest , now im 185!! and 22yrs old… if i were to begin my comeback in may, what should i begin doin and at what point does do itake it to the next level(suggested time anyway each runner is different) and when can i start gong over hurdles again(im aware of doing too much too soon can cause more injures) can anyone who has insight on this please reply whit help…and i will even post my progress as time goes by
…the 1st meet is in late dec of 07
Get a good coach and let them help you. Hurdling isn’t exactly something you can get good at on your own.
