yeah I’m 15 years old I do track and field since I’m 13 and my PB is 11,92. So if someone can help me to build a training for the 100 dash 'cause i just train twice a week and I want to train harder!thanks a lot guys!(sorry for my poor english I’am an french canadian)…

I would say complementary. For example, the forum review goes into more detail on many subjects from sprinting to nutrition, while CFTS has more diagrams on EMS placement and a section with Angela Issajenko’s training diary. I recommended the forum review to greatwhitehope, because he was looking for a workout plan and the forum review has a well written template workout plan!

Its only 19.99 for vast track knowledge. You spend that much or more for some playstation/computer games.

Trust me… if you are at all serious about track it is worth it!

Start this fall by doing hills 2x/week and striding on the grass 2x/week. Lift 3x week. Honestly,
you should get the GPP dvd from the store. You will not be disappointed. Tell your dad that Charlie is not some snake oil sales man. Every thing on this website is legit. Use the search function and search for “GPP”. After you figure out a program for yourself post it and ask for input from the forum members.
