I recently pulled my hamstring and i would like to know what to do to make it heal faster. There was swelling in the area and it has gone down quite a bit. I just had it checked and they said it was very tight. i cant really stretch it because it hurts even if its a slight stretch. I’ve got about a week left before my next meet.
