Groin INjurie need execises

I need help my groin has healed to the

point that i can sprint or run forward , but

if i sprint of run at angles my left leg

gives out or if i press my legs against i

get a sharp pain in my groin o need

some execises to strenghen my groin

so i can make laterlly movements

my groin has been injuried for 3 months now.
