i have the gpp dvd and am wondering what sets and reps suppose be done with the weights?

From what i understand there is no real “cookie cutter” scheme for the weights… You just do a scheme thats fits with your goals but doesn’t overlaod you. A good rule of thumb is to always go to at least one to reps shy of failure.

Well I understand that if you want muscular hypertrophy during GPP then you must work following a range that vary across 15 and 8 repetitions with a 70 to 80 % of 1RM and little rest periods between reps ( 30 to 60 sec )
