Should tempo constitute two of these days or should there be two short accel/hill days and one tempo day?

If you only have three days per week to train, I doubt that you will be able to make much progress on your speed if you are only running fast 1 day per week. But adonail is right…we need more details. Event? Level? Goals? Lifting? Etc…
