Is it ok to reduce the volume of hill/speed work but keep the volume of tempo as per the gpp download,or should the volume of tempo be reduced in half as well.
most of the issues appear to be around the speed volume rather than tempo volume so keep it the same. Remember tempo is 75% max so it is ok to do it below that.
