We have use of a 60m indoor stretch but nearest indoor 200m track is nearly 3 hours away…although there are more facilities, just not near us!

We have used turnabouts etc inside when needs be, but need to do the alternative tempo stuff etc when the weather is bad.

turnarounds can be used very effectively.
