Look at the GPP essentials. It has a program very well suited for 60m indoors. Then following on from that the Van’04 download has a full program to take you up to competition. YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE THESE PROGRAMS - because they were for a very high level athlete (e.g. ben)!

Probably too much rest between the tempo runs. 2.30 is a lot after only a 150m in 25!
