Gpp essentials:WU 1

Hi guys,I’m an italian boy and in these days I’ve tried to see the CF’s Dvd about GPP…

However there is a problem…I don’t understand English language very well(in really I don’t be able to speak/write it too…)so I can’t realize what I should do in WU 1…

I’ve seen that I should:

-jogging for 5/10 minutes
-do light static stretch
-do,if I can,PNF stretch
-do balistic stretch for 10 minutes
-do some drills…
-make some medball’s throws,that can be done in other days too

I don’t know if I really understand…

What are drills?

Someone can help me,please?

The drills in the warm-up are shown in the GPP DVD. I think if you watch the film several times, it will be clearer. can anyone from Italy help here? Pakewi? Nick?

drill are run whit high knees, run whit foot on butt, and so on…i’m right?

I also think that drills are them…

As you know,I like to improve myself with other exercise,so I’m tring to broaden my mind to other kind of training.

In this period,as I’ve just told you,I want to begin to do sprint and plyos,to complete and vary the training with weights in the gym.
