  1. “Pinch grip” hold a beam hanging for 1 min
  2. Farmer walk thier bw in each hand
  3. Handstand Jumps (Like standing jumps but only with your wrists)

Thats some hard stuff, probably only a Monk can attempt to do these.

Leave the house.

Gymnastics do it for you. Especially high bar work. Plus it is more fun than winding up weights. Ask a pole vaulter to show you a trick or two.
