Good plan to not get injured in a bad setup?

For whatever reason we have two meets in a row scheduled for April 1 + 2. I’m trying to finish off a strength phase during this week but also really looking to not get injured so please look at this setup and tell me what you think:

F-Top speed + chill work
S-Tempo
Su-Speed end (up to 80) + heavy lifting (36 on core lifts plus a leg auxillary)
M-Tempo
T-Max out dead lift
W-Tempo
R-Meet
F-Meet
S-Tempo or off
Su-Heavy lifting (5
4 on core lifts plus a leg auxillary)

My reasoning for the max dead lift is that it will provide a pretty big CNS stimulus, which is good because the plan is to train through these meets since it’s the week before pre-comp begins, but one that I should be able to recover from pretty well because I’m not all that strong yet and I’ll be applying good recovery modalities, but that it will not have a high structural demand so I won’t be risking anything unnessecary for the meets.

A max out deadlift is not a good idea. That will really stress you. Just go for a max triple and try to place it elsewhere. Maybe flip flop it w/ 5x4 day.
5x4 and 3x6 are no big deal IMO, and wouldn’t stress you much at all if you’re used to it. They’re practically bodybuilding parameters.

I like the max triple idea. I think that’s what I’ll do unless someone else writes something better. Thanks Delldell.

Doing the triple tomorrow as of now…anybody else?
