Gone for 2 weeks abroad...what are good alternatives to track work?

Hello all. Of course, track is the best way to train for the 100, including tempo, speed, etc. I’ll be gone to Mexico for a few weeks and wanted to know good alternative w/o options aside from the track w/o losing fitness? Can I do some repeats on the soccer field/grass? Any sample work-outs would be nice. I’ll try to do some body circuits too.
