Hello everyone, Dallas made the decision to leave HPC because he felt like it was in his best interest. Dallas training has been going very well and we expect great things to come.

some good wind in this kidd field.

How do you guys sleep at night?

I assume the money donated to his cause on behalf of HPC is going to be returned?

I heard that inno will have a relay team next weekend:

leg 1: RJ24
leg 2: CHRISK
leg 3: MEROYN
leg 4: DROB

What the hell is that supposed to mean?

I’d also like to point out that Ian (mreoyn09) follows a CF-type program, not Inno-Sport.

its all good rj.

As long as I’m not being insulted, I’m cool.

i think the inno system suck when it comes to training sprinters, is that insulting you? we gonna see how smart dan and chris is now.

Churandy crushed in his heat- 10.40 second place there by a good field (.08w)
When did drob switch and why?

Whether they are clever or not doesn’t really matter what matters is that dRob fulfils his potential because from what I have seen he has LOTS of it.

No, no insult to me. You do know Chris has produced a lot of fast guys at the high school level though, right?

I’m not questioning WGF system…but I wonder how changing coach and training system just before outdoor season could be a good idea.
His Time was similar to Blanton…just Martina was Flying…

Only if you knew half of whats going on at this time, like i said its easy to train a healthy athlete now lets see what they do.

If you claim to be training him now, I take it you’ll claim credit for his terrible time in the 100m yesterday! Sounds as though you should remove a knife from Mike Young and HPC’s back.

Didn’t say on his board his guy ran a 6.2 55m after some AMT jumps and then, in a meet, he ran like 6.6?

I know they talk about their relays a lot, but who have they coached individually (talking even hs)? The times for relays are kind of irrelevant because you don’t really know the talent and the times aren’t dramatically different from others in the same area–so unless they are getting crap talent compared to the rest of the area, I’m not sure why people freak out about it.

I was wondering about this remark and it should have twigged that this is autoreg stuff. I think most of you are familiar with my thoughts on this- especially shortly before a meet.
Maybe someone with more computer skills than I have can dig through the archives from a couple of years ago to find the thread or threads we did then. They were extensive on this topic. (autoreg vs foreward planning)

I thought i was the only one, but i started to wonder after seeing all the touch pad flying sprints, autoreg work etc.

Two points to last minute autoreg stuff:
1:To judge drop-off, you need to go 100% in all reps.
2: The drop off represents a level of fatigue you are certainly NOT looking for before a race! 2% sounds small- and it is in the weight room, but this is the track!!

The following is a quote from the wannagetfast forum, written by RJ24:
"To Chris or whomever else it may concern, why did Dallas leave Mike Young and how did you possibly convince him to train under you? This whole deal seems somewhat underhanded to me, but then again, I don’t know the circumstances surrounding things. I think a lot of people on this board would appreciate it if you explained yourselves.

Also, what has Dallas’ training looked like lately? His recent performance at UTEP was actually worse than what he ran untrained last summer. I assume there’s a reason for this."

I thought it wouldn’t stay on the forum there for very long, so decided to add to the discussion here. We r all waiting to hear an explanation. Seems super shady and shines a horrible light on Chris, Dan, wannagetfast.
