I suggest that one starts at page 9, then goes back to read page 1 thru 9…

I can get good results changing athletes’ starts as listed on page 9. A lot of guys I see take a high step frequency w/ short steps at the start and then can’t run the middle & end of the race. I don’t think I’d worry about step width.
