here is my story…
i ran a workout may 12… i was doing patterns and i went to plant and it felt likea knife went through my leg. I knew i pulled my hamstring and it felt bad. I dont think its torn because i can walk OKAY not great. But it is day 2 right now and i just started to heat the area. I have been icing before this.
the problem is, may 22 practice starts for this all star game that i am in for football and i reallly want to play in this game. I have heard of everything such as ART, icing, the take 3 days off and then do one leg drills and then 10x10 accells…
but I really need this to heal very very very fast because i only have 10 days from when i pulled the hamstring to when i have to be able to run at 95-100 percent again…
does anyone have any advice at all?
and is there any medical people i can go to i am willing to pay a lot of money to get this fixed
