Football conditioning/speed

I am currently training for football and I would like to build my speed/agility/conditioning as much as possible. right now i am pretty much in horrible shape. i squat three times a week.

if anyone has any suggestions on how or what I should be doing that would be great

recently ive been dragging some sled, doing mile runs, and couple 100m sprints here and there, nothing real organized
