12.0 is like running a 5.2-3 40 yard (i think) man our school record is 10.9 and that not that good even.

The fact that you can get that close to your PB every workout means that its more likely technique related. As your rhythm and race model develops the fluctuations are going to be more likely worout to workout and will be from freshness/fatigue/stiffness etc.

That sounds better. That is right inline with my old high school records (11.0 for 100 meter) but the 200 was very fast 21.95 and a hi 47 I think for the 400m)
