I’m in Ma, and mine has not arrived yet. I’m trying to look at the wait as an exercise in building patience
You should have it this week for sure. Failing that, send me an email with the subject “wheres my DVD”.
Thank you,
Rupert,
me myself include ?
Tks
Rossano
Brazil
I’ve watched it a number of times already. I love it!! The easy breakdown of skills and the graphs are a huge benefit!!
Thanks for the great work. I’m looking forward to SPP!!
AAaaahhh,
i´m sad,
finally i received the DVD but,
i couldn´t watch on my DVD Player…
I don´t know why
i read the manual and my DVD player
runs:
DVD
DVD-R
DVD-RW
VCD
S-VCD
AUDIO CD
CD-R
CD-RW
Could be the region ?
My DVD is region 4
Hi Rupert,
i´ve just talked with the Assistant of Gradiente ( Sony factory of my DVD player)
and they ask me 2 things:
The DVD was recorded in DVD-Video Format ?
The DVD recording process was “finalised” with ISO 9660 Pattern ?
Tks
I received my DVD ,which seemingly doesn’t play.
Being based in Europe (Italy) I have tried it on different DVD players, which usually work fine with DVD’s of various Region coding, and on my PC too with different programs, but none of them seem to be able even to recognize any tracing.
Any hint please?
I finally got to watch the DVD. Excellent! I ended up getting a LaCie dual format DVD-/+RW external drive which will read and write any format.
It is expensive Flash ?
Hi there,
Private message me or email me and I’d be happy to help you out. We can create a replacement for you based on what player you have. Incompatibility issues are not uncommon and we will do whatever we can (short of flying to italy for technical support).
Thank you,
Rosscv, I wouldn’t recommend buying an external DVD drive just to play the GPP DVD. However, if you were planning on buying one eventually (which I was), the LaCie drive sells for $244 US, which includes 3 day shipping. It’s a good deal.

There’s also a cheaper model:
Hi there,
ANY player that supports dvd-r format will play the disk. Mostly all new dvd players support this format as do “most” older ones.
Hope this helps,
For some reason, the Apple Super Drive does not read this thing, I’ve tried it with two Power Books. So I guess the Super Drive isn’t so super. Do any of the other Mac owners on the forum have a Super Drive? Have you encountered this problem? Just curious.
Hi Rupert,
my DVD Player supports DVD-R format but he didn´t read the DVD-GPP,
when i put the DVD to Play the PLayer “say”:
Insert Disk…
as Flash did,
i´ll buy a DVD External Drive and a CD Recorder ( 2in1 ).
Flash,
tks, the good news is; here in my country the DVD Drives to PC are cheaper, so,
i´m gonna buy one too.
Regards
Rosscv,
If you’re going to put out for an external drive, get one that reads and writes both formats, DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW. I think a lot of smaller companies with be releasing DVDs using both formats and you want to have all the bases covered to avoid further problems. That’s one of the reasons why I went ahead and got the drive.
Rupert,
I still haven’t received the DVD.
When can I expect?
I sent you a private message is this also considered your e-mail?
Thank you.
that sounds like a computer problem more than dvd problem flash…i have the current lampshade style imac here with superdrive, and i watched the dvd just fine on it…
cheers
