I spot an “Ins and Outs” drill…
Like Primo, I’d like to know how long the disc is and what are the subjects/topics covered. Thanks.
Hi Members,
STATUS: We’re getting really close on completing the DVD and I’m guessing it will problably be the best training product you’ll see for a long time (until we release SPP Essentials, the other side of this training series). Special thanks to international man of mystery Number 2 (Derek H.) for his contributions to this incredible product.
Best,
Rupert

Any other specifics regarding the disc? Length, topics, etc.? Thanks.
I’d also like to know the length and a more detailed description of what will be on the DVD before I send my order in.
Is that the same price for O/S shipping??
It may be a little extra depending on where you’re from (but not much).
Thanks
Rupert

just ordered my copy,
any chance to throw in an autographed pic of Ben
I can only ask
Charlie, can you describe some of the topics discussed on the disc and approximately how long it is? Thanks.
The GPP DVD covers the integration of training elements, including tempo, hills, plyos, weights, abdominals, Medicine ball (both for general conditionning and Explosive Power), and how they contribute to the advancement of abilities.
The DVD covers the method for developing improved starting, acceleration, and top speed, with a minimum of learning anxiety and tightness.
You will see exactly what we’ve been talking about with “pick-up drills” and “finish drills” and how you can set in place the speed skills you’ll need at the earliest possible stage.
It follows the program for a medium high level athlete, showing the progressive and substantial improvement throughout the training period and providing concrete training plan materials that can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of the athlete/coach with different abilities/needs, setting the stage for a successful SPP.
The specific examples of training for specific elements, throughout the GPP, shown in the appropriate sections, with explanations, will make following the logic behind the plan much clearer.
Total running time for the DVD is approximately 1 hour and 2 minutes and there will be hyper links, so you can review the different sections as needed.
Thanks, sounds great-just ordered and looking forward to recieving the disc.
Hi Charlie,
may i ask you ( or to your team ) a favor ?
I´m a brazillian runner, so, i don´t speak english very well, :o
i already bought 2 of your e-books ( CF Training system and Speed Trap ) i enjoyed very much this two books, i understood everything,
it was a sprint school for me ( and a english school too )
but, i don´t know how much difficult it will be to me to understand the “narration” of DVD, i saw the movie clip about the DVD and i understood only some phrases.
I´m having english classes on tuesdays and thursdays and would be very interesting if the “narration” came in a text format too.
I already did my reservation on Paypal ( of course !! )
but, i´ll aprecciate if one day your team send to me a text format with the texts of this DVD.
Thank you very much.
Another question:
Do you know how much will cost to send the DVD to Brazil ?
Robson Caetano da Silva land…
You should hear my Spanish. You’re pretty good! In a couple other posts of yours I saw recently I didn’t even know that English wasn’t your first language.
Oh come on Pete,
my english is worth my sprint ( or worst )
- 11.00s to 100m -
i´m a novice yet, in both,
4 times a week - sprint training (weights,speed works,endurance,etc…)
2 times a week - english classes ( 1hour per session )
look, i don´t have yet a signature…like you have.
So tell me Pete,
wouldn´t be very interesting if the Wonder DVD came with text version too ?
