What point should you take of the trainers / sneakers and put on the sprint spikes?
How many of you do your drills in sneakers, or do you do your drills in the spikes?
One of my drills is a basic knee lift drill, should this be done in trainers / sneakers or spikes?
I believe in the following - the jog, the stretches, the rhythm exercises, the first run-through’s, jumps (when part of the warm-up) … ALL in running shoes. Only the acceleration runs JUST before the race or the training session, in spikes.
